Hi everybody. Rayce from East Kent Pro tile saying hello and looking forward to being an active member of the forum. Have read a few posts and clearly there is a fantastic amount of knowledge on here. It's also good to see that the guys that have been tile for many years don't make the newbies or people asking for advice feel like idiots.

I've got over 25 years experience in the construction industry and consider myself reasonably skilled in a variety of areas - some self taught but others I've picked up through being fortunate enough to work with some very skilled tradesmen. tile is something I really enjoy though and although I consider myself proficient I did a course with Darren at UKPro tile which was really beneficial and made me realise there's still a lot to learn!

Although I've been self-employed doing property refurbs for the past 10 years this is a new direction and a new company name so I look forward to sharing my successes and possibly some of those jobs that don't quite go the way we planned (we all have 'em) and getting encouragement, advice and support from you all. Cheers
