The acetoxy silicones stink. How do the neutral cure ones compare? Are they harder to work with or do they give a poor finish? I'm planning to use the Mapei ones so that I can match the colour to the grout, but some of it will be white, so I could use other brands for those bits.

I had some neutral cure silicone given to me for my kitchen worktop to go around my inset ceramic hob . Now I'm not bad at silicone work , but I could not get a decent finish at all with it . I then got some dow corning neutral cure and bingo good job no problem . Now what im trying to say is it doesnt matter if it is neutral cure or not but just if it is a decent make or not .
