how are the tradesman on this site coping with their knees? mine are in a terrible state and need a magic wand! any advice regarding devices such as knee braces etc

Had the lining removed from my left as I kept getting fluid on the knee..
2 cartilage repaires
And a cruciate ligament repair
And I can't kneel without pads.... Would be in agony...

To be honest I would consider another job If I was thinking about a knee brace
