Thanks Katrina, a couple of people have mentioned that, think there’s a class on down the road, although is it mainly women of a certain age that do it ? I might try and find a video of the moves and do some at home

It is to technical to do that . You need someone to explain properly what you are doing . Also I wouldn' recommend going to anybody that does large classes . It's all about form while you are doing it and need somebody to keep an eye on your form hence large classes are no good .
