Hold your horses!

Just spoke to a rep for sigma and the trick is not to press to hard on the lever when snapping , rather a tapping process and should easily break!

Great cutter now

I must admit, I haven’t had a chance to read the instructions that came with the sigma.

I did adjust the height of the bar though as it wasn’t right. Based on what looked correct. I’ve not had any issues with using the sigma though. It’s great so far. Pretty chuffed with the cutter I have to say.

To be honest, I'm not sure if my way is the right way, but I basically lower the bar to a point that when I lift the handle to engage the breaker, it sits about 1mm above the tile.. I check that its 1mm both ends and then that's my height

So a biggish order yesterday with Protiler that arrived today...the bosch variable speed grinder, various diamond polishing disks along with a soft pad attachment for grinder, and 2mm premtool levelling system to try out :grinning: With a few goodies thrown too
