FF stands for filtering face piece p3 is the rating which equates to 99 % of micro particles. P2 is rated to 94%. Why don't you invest in a powderd respirator ?

I'm not loadsa money like you . But on a serious note I have to wear glasses for reading , long sight is great . Powered resp with ear muffs covers every thing but I imagine is a *** with glasses . So I am going to have consider contacts but don't know how that would affect long sight .

Can't wear contacts with the risk of cement dust or even worse, splashes.
It's a very worthwhile purchase a powered respirator, you can wear specs comfortably inside.
