Hi, I'm just stripping out a bathroom that will be tiled with 300x 600 porcelain but there is an external corner around 22.5 deg, all other corners have brushed stainless edging. I thought about mitering the tiles but this will leave a sharp edge in a place where people could potentially walk into it.

Any suggestions?

Yes, you can still use a tile trim but you would then need to mitre into the tile trim. The way to do it is to have the tile trim set back from the corner just enough to allow the mitred tile to then fit flush with the tile trim.

On an external corner of that degree, with a a trim you probably won’t need to mitre, Just a small joint to the trim, as always

I don’t think you’d need anything at all tbh, 22.5 deg
At worst just take a small bit off the back so that the fronts can come together. No need for trim and it won’t leave a nasty edge either.
This is a 45deg angle and I did the same thing, just took a bit off back.
Undercut it a little , like you would when prepping a mitre, no need to polish it to the edge.

Same as 3_Fall
I have just done one the same way(Sorry no pics)......undercut the back edge and you will get 2 manufactured edges together

Thanks for the replies guys, it's actually 45 deg (bit of brain fart, that would be the angle to cut skirtings)

I'll go with just easing the backs of the tiles
