Generaly What is the best cleaning product to remove the grout film from tiles.
Dry cleaning if it's a silk tie..
Water and a sponge ! Or is this residue that’s been on a while ?

What are the tiles ie ceramic , porcelain or stone also what was the grout .
Porcelain tiles 600x300 grout mapei silver grey.
As said above probably cement residue remover. Follow the instructions on the package or if this doesn't remove it possibly lithofin fz intensive cleaner as it may actually be polymers on the tile .

Try using a wet microfibre cloth first. If this fails then use a cement or grout residue remover and a white epoxy pad

Your hands, piece of a good soap and warm water can solve a lot of the cleaning tasks

whole industries have been built around cleaning
tiles and removing grout stains and you come up with water and soap as a cleaning product,how very dare you.
maybe water and sponge is fine.
