Hi guys
Just about to do 45Sqm of brick floor and was after any tips if anyone has any?

Bricks are 20mm thick, Handmade buff terracotta 110 x 240mm.
The sizes do vary quite considerably...

Screed is Anhydrite 50mm with wet UFH, screed has had lattice removed.

My current plan is:
Primer with 1 coat of Tilemaster Primeplus diluted 3/1 with water.
10mm U Notch trowel
Anhyfix tile adhisive
8mm spacers

Any tips please? Not sure on the spacers really as there is so much variation in the bricks.

the surface doesn't look hard enough to take foot traffic. Are they recommended for floors?

You'll want to seal them before you lay them but I agree with the statement above about their suitability. Very unlevel underfoot.

Looks like raw terracotta, so needs sealing multiple times and waxing.
Agree on heated floors which could crack, they will follow the cracks, but if it's been on 3 years you're safe I reckon.
Ditch the spacers as Andy says and go by eye.
And try not to sweat or get finger oil on them before sealing, or you'll see the marks!
