We'll see what we can find at smaller diameter. Lots of blades exist at this size designed for stone it's finding one suitable and reliable for porcelain that's tough.

Tom is quite correct, they’re not designed for mitres, some even print a symbol on them to denote that.
Using these blades at an angle stresses the blade, they’re designed for straight cutting only.
The tendency from the user is to inadvertently push the blade up in to the material as well as forwards, this effectively bends the blade as it’s used.
Nearly everyone I know has suffered that kind of damage

Any profiling discs you recommend? The montolit one is decent but a bit pricey

Ats carry a very good profiling blade, that works with porcelain.

The STL blade you mention can be sourced from our sponsor @Pro Tiler Tools
Just be aware they are very material specific and are best used for profiling and not actually cutting as their literature suggests. But that’s in my opinion.
(And I have lots of them!:))

Rubi have also just brought out a half decent profiling blade also.
Can’t remember what it’s called but it’s quite distinct with its golden/bronze colour. It’s also smaller than most.
