Please checkout the following advertisement.
Hi all
So I've got a job to price 140 mtrs of 20mm antique style terracotta
It's on anhydrite that has been down a while ,
so gypsum based addy ,water ufh commissioned
And running at a low temp
Prepping the screed is in hand , and hygrometer going on when ufh is turned off
It's over 4 rooms in a basement so movement joints at doorways
So the question is to decouple or not

Uncoupling is Not necessary with terracotta but an added sort of backup if the job price will stand it.
