Hi all. I hope you are well. I am in the process of doing my ensuite and looking at getting some polishing pads my 5 inch dewalt xr grinder. Also some diamond holesaw cutters for the grinder. Never done it that way before but heard it is great. I think I maybe need an adaptor.

I am looking at getting some hand pads or the polishing/grinding disc for a few DIY jobs coming up.
And looking for advice on what would be the best to buy as they will only be used for DIY.
I already have a rotary polishers that I can use for the discs if these are better.

Tried red backs today for the first time based on recommendation, having tried many others, and they seemed to do the trick. However my trousers are a nightmare. The pads fit in the slots nice enough put whenever I kneel down they’re nowhere near my knees. Have to pull my trousers up...

I've had am pro knee pads for years now. Practically made for life, all you need to do is de stone this front occasionally. The only problem I have with them is the straps, they're for quite chunky legs and mine ain't. I've actually removed mine and replaced with old canvas belts which work...
