I really like that one. I like the idea with the concealed cistern framing, really unusual.

1m x 1m 6mm concrete effect thin tile from uncle Ray.
Installed on to cemfloor liquid s/c screed.
The screed was installed too dry, subsequently not great levels and cracked everywhere.
Floor was sanded even tho they maintain it didn’t need it, judge for yourself!
Cracks opened more to accept epoxy resin repairs.
Tilemaster antifracture mat and tile installed.
Approx 110m2.

All the non white skirting, arcs and cabinetry are made from scaffolding boards. My bad phone camera don't do the rooms justice.
