You might have timber decay issues, as their is some evidence of staining around nails in the timber flooring. In any case you will need to get under the floor to inspect. -

I would be tempted to, prime and skim with cement based adhesive and imbedding glass fibre render mesh into the adhesive. -

Floor tile came up - how to fix
Seeing the pattern on the surface of the adhesive like that, as suggested above , no back buttering of the tile. Also very little covering to the mat. -

Classi seal is a good start, l tend to go belt and braces and also use silicone alongside then silicone again after tiling.- Bond
