Hardie backer glue and screwed sounds like it would work but would be easy to screw through pipes, wouldn’t advice a wedi type board as this will insulate the heat the wrong way- AP tiler

Yes you most certainly have water ingress can see places in the grout and silicone where it looks to have come away from the tile, it looks like the tiles may be loose -

That’s what I would do as long as there is enough adjustment in the profile(so that there is enough space for the glass section to sit fully in). Silicone the screen into the profile too of course, and then a clear bead on the outside of the profile. Most screens have between 15-20mm adjustment...- AP tiler

thats not an incorrect tile job thats an incorrect preparation job, looks like if the profile is screwed tight to the wall there is enough adjustment in the profile though so should be fine.- AP tiler

Kerakoll Fugalite Bio epoxy grout
Evening everyone, Does anyone know how long you need to leave fugalite before you can use the shower? Some epoxies suggest 3 some suggest 7 days some two weeks 😂 no info on the packaging or technical documentation for water immersion for some reason 😔 and cant get hold of anyone till tuesday for... -

The patchy grout can be. You can use mapei fuga Fresca unfortunately the rest cannot be sorted without removing the problem tiles/ areas -
Where did I go wrong installing ditra
Mix it wet as suggested. But once it dries the adhesive soaks in to it would look similar to you picture once dry as long as the coverage looks good when checking when it’s wet it will be fine -
Subfloor build up advice for tile
18mm chipboard glued and screwed, 6mm wedi glue and screwed with washers, then vario pro/ ditra heat type matting and tile. Will be a nice height for threshold to meet carpet -
Tiling in cold weather(on site)
Hi guys Got a new build to tile next week, 3 bathrooms, the place has space heaters but obviously these can’t be left on once I’ve left. Has anyone had any issues with adhesive failing in an un heated home in winter? Cheers -

I wouldn’t worry much about it. You could leave a small gap at celing but wants to be tight to tray/tub so you can seal it -
4mm wedi/marmox board
Evening. Has anyone had any experience with over boarding in 4mm wedi/what do the manufacturers say about it. Got a skimmed wall that’s having heavy stone going on. Need to overboard but need to keep the thickness at a minimum. It’s solid wall behind the skim, planning to glue, plug and screw... -
"Freestanding" shower bath
Be best to tile the walls first then fit the bath after, just make sure the walls are square so no massive silicone joint anywhere 👍- AP tiler
