Water UFH advice on build-up for UFH

Hardie backer glue and screwed sounds like it would work but would be easy to screw through pipes, wouldn’t advice a wedi type board as this will insulate the heat the wrong way

Do my wall tiles have water ingress? (Photos)

Crazy gap between shower metal frame and tiled wall

That’s what I would do as long as there is enough adjustment in the profile(so that there is enough space for the glass section to sit fully in). Silicone the screen into the profile too of course, and then a clear bead on the outside of the profile. Most screens have between 15-20mm adjustment...

Crazy gap between shower metal frame and tiled wall

thats not an incorrect tile job thats an incorrect preparation job, looks like if the profile is screwed tight to the wall there is enough adjustment in the profile though so should be fine.

Where did I go wrong installing ditra

Mix it wet as suggested. But once it dries the adhesive soaks in to it would look similar to you picture once dry as long as the coverage looks good when checking when it’s wet it will be fine

    Advice regarding backer board installation

I wouldn’t worry much about it. You could leave a small gap at celing but wants to be tight to tray/tub so you can seal it
