Commenting to follow post. This isn't impossible at all. in fact, I'd suggest it's easier to achieve because of using a natural product. Would just be more labour intensive.- AliGage

UFH is on top of the ditra? In this setup ditra should of been the last thing put down before tiling. Removal is always a chore and difficult process. Might be easier to make a hole through it all so you can get under the ply and pry it up that way. For the sake of replacing the ply at... -

Poor tiling gap at top of tiles
Interestingly, the gap round the top of the room is consistent in size. Can hardly say the ceiling is out 🤣🤣 -

You've found the answer to whats wrong wrong by pinging a laser round. His tiles aren't level, it's not the walls that are out. -
