Hi all

Wonder if yo can help? Bought the above to use on 2mm gaps which it says you can. Applied a small amount to see for colour etc and to me it seems incredibly gritty even after some stirring. End result is attached which I think looks dreadful . All sandy textured. Even after doing the usual smoothing and tidying up.

1st question is - is this normal and how it should look.

2nd question - am I using the wrong grout for the job (kitchen splash back mini metro.

Thanks very much

Time's Ran Out

You may have washed it out too early, not enough powder to water, not run your finger through the joint when it’s ‘nearly there’.
It can be a runny grout if not mixed up thick and when remixed it goes very wet.
It’s great stuff used with experience.
Because of the in bag pigments you have to mix it fully to get the best results.
