Will soon be getting our en-suite tiled. It’s about the smallest bathroom I’ve ever seen.
It’s comtained four studded walls and since I wanted to add some electrical wiring to two rooms that are next to it ripping down the plasterboard seemed the right thing to do. Means I can install hardie backer board.
Ok so the fact that no wall is any great size, I can pretty much install the board from corner to corner, I see no reason to stagger them.
From what I’ve read there’s no need to tank or use acrylic primer.
Will stainless screws suffice instead of hardie backer screws and can I just screw them in without pilot holes.
Do I need to leave expansion gaps around the edges.
Is the score and snap method actually doable, my alternative is to use circular saw with cement blade or jigsaw or grinder...
Never used this stuff before so not sure on beer procedure, lots of conflicting advice regarding it
