Then they wouldn't of walked up a flight of stairs would they .
You're right . But in a bungalow likelihood is it would be a solid construction floor so tile direct to screed which would involve minimal height build up. In fact possibly less than a good quality carpet and underlay ....not if they're in a bungalow..
