Silverline do a variable speed one for about £50 including paddle and spanners. If you want the best then IMO it's got to be the Makita but at the end of the day it is based on how many pennies you want to spend

i use my sds combi drill mate

1500 watt for 45 quid from screwfix

chuck in a cupla cheap paddles, one for addy and one for grout and ur laffing

does the trick no probs and as it comes with sds chisel bits its a breeze to lift tiles, but if u want the tile lifter chisel its an extra 30 notes but well worth it as goes in virtually under the tile and is parralel to the wall due to the angle of it
