Default aldi tile cutter

Has anyone seen or got the wet tile cutter from aldi?
£24 (so it's not going to be fantastic)
would it make a good stop gap for a year?
or should i leave it alone?

I've not seen it to be honest, but how long it lasts would be dependent on what tiles your cutting and how often. You could probably extend it's life with a decent blade, but I think you'd be limited in it's application. Also have a look at the water container, is it easy to get the water in, some cheap ones need you to be able to bend the laws of physics to get the water; other just splash the stuff about.

If it cuts tiles then its ok. You may find it noisy though and splashing water everywhere isnt nice. The other thing is how stable is it when you are cutting.
Let us have a review Julie.
