Hi this is my first time so be gentle.
Has any one bought or used the overhead wet cutter from Aldi.was £80 now £50 was wondering if worth buying. It has a 600W motor and 500mm length of cut dont think it will be perfect but for £50 thought it might be worth a try
Is it like this? http://www.screwfix.com/prods/89584/...EKOCSTHZOSFFI#
If so i have a similar one, its ok but the motor isnt powerful enough really for everyday use but its a good tool to have if you are cutting softer materials but then i would use a dry cutter. I used mine for cutting and mitring Travertine, the length of the bed lets it down too. So all in all, it has limitations.
hello i have one of these cutters, they ok for travertine and some thicker tiles i found it well worth te money but the cutting length limits it somewhat.i also have the plasplugs small and large both fitted with marcrist blades and cant go wrong with this combination.
hello and welcome to the forum mate wil b nice and gentle try the plasplugs contractor one is £59.99 at b & q all the best any more advice dont b shy give us a try lol
hi mate & welcome i bought 1 last year the first floor tile i tried cutting stopped the blade turning i also found it to big & very heavy to move about the only good thing was i put it on ebay and got £10.00 more than i paid for it
