| Trouble with me rubi... | | Been havin a few problems with my ts50 plus, I must be doin something wrong, sometimes it wont break even ceramics? then it'll work again for a while, then it'll start playing up again. Any ideas? | | |

#2 | | Tilers Forums Admin | Check that there is no play on the breaking jaws and the under pin breaker as well...I have one and have no probs with mine...if it persists then use your warranty....and if this has expired then neil at buybrandtools can get you another breaking mechanism.. let us know what happens... | |

| It will work much better when it has wd40 not just on the rail but on the wheel aswell. other than checking that for oil, make sure all nuts are tight and breaker is rising high enough. (Is it cutting thicker tiles better than thin). | | |

| Is this another reason to look at Montolit, I ask myself? My breaking system can't wear out, it is part of the casting and the carbon steel centre breaking rib!

Depending on when you bought your cutter it can have up to a 5 year guarantee. A slight bit of maintenance will solve most problems!
