Seems to do a lot of things.

Wether anyone would really use it as has been shown is another matter, though the leveling method with the guide rails looked interesting enough.

Allright if your floor's are perfectly flat what happens when you start having to lift tiles because of a dip in the screed, if it's anythink like I've seen recently your've got no chance, diy tool.

If your floors were all flat, you have no problems any way. It's a bit like a device made for laying bricks.
