    Default dewalt tile cutter

    i`ve got a thread going in the arms about some large format tiles 1200x600 mm and was wondering if the dewalt dc410 hand held wet saw would cope with these and lots of other tiles .

    anyone got one ?

    yes it will cope.
    1300watt motor on them and a depth cut of 34mm. just put a decent blade on them and your away. these are great little saws imo. i know you could use an angle grinder but the water keeps the dust down and theres nothing worse than seeing a tiler working in a nice road with dust blurting all over the place going over peoples nice black shiney cars or conservatory roofs?

    it will come in very handy for many situations. ie regrouting floors, bevelling the edges of tiles, long cuts when you have got a suitable cutter etc etc..

    i stuck a marcrist back in because i the montolit i bought didnt fit and the standard dewalt one wasnt that good.

    I wonder if my Norton turbo blade will fit.. or maybe the new rubi porc blade..?.. will have to check.. got some free length stone to cut..

    with this cutter how does it attach to water supply or do you have a pump in a bucket of water nearby ?

    It has a hose pipe adaptor but you can use a pump as well
