Re: Laser level required
I can recommend the Stanley FatMax CLLi Cross Line. I got mine for under a ton and it's accurate to 4mm over 10m.
Comes as a complete kit and the range is very good too.
Good budget option.

Re: Laser level required
I use the Autocross laserliner from Tradetiler, costs a bit more, but is a great piece of kit. Does Horizontal, Vertical, a combination of both, and a right angle guide, good distance. The pole is brilliant as unlike a tripod it can be adjusted quickly, and as a side note the pole is ace for propping up tiles across a window head, which is always a pain. I've tiled pools with waterlevels, which are good, but a pain if tiling on your own, but since lasers have come, there's no really need for one anymore.

Re: Laser level required
I have the leica L2 Lino Laser Level. Really tidy, super bright, does hori, verti or both. Comes with a neat little tripod that attaches to anything, and you can get em with a really good floor to ceiling pole.
