Default What trowel on this job?

Hi guys just wanted your thoughts really, fixing 450 square travertine onto wedi. What size trowel should I use? I was thinking 10mm then I thought maybe I should go up to 12 to make sure there's a good bed. Then I thought since I'm back skimming it and it's a flat surface maybe 8mm would suffice? Now I've confused myself, put me outta my misery!!! Cheers peeps and peepettes

Backskim and then try an 8mm. Check for coverage, if it isn't enough go up a notch and keep checking 'til you find the right size for full coverage. Wall or floor?
