I like the idea but I can't see it being strong enough for the big beastie tiles used these days.

yeah its one ive not seen before
sort of along the lines of marking out cork tiles
agree large format tiles would bring it unstuck

I really like this! Not that I'm likely to need it ever, but the theory - great idea!
oh, and it's not all about large format tiles, is it? Different tools for different jobs..

most jobs today M.G are large format but yes the idea has merit

seems a good idea to me, sloping ceilings in dormers can be a little tricky
Not for me.... I would say it's more of a DIY tool and there are quicker and easier ways to Mark a tile....
