hi true,if its near new i would be inclined to call rubi direct or there local rep or even aproach the outlet you bought it from see what there returns policy etc is

As Kilty says. Rubi have a 5 year warranty, follow it up. You weren't trying to cut paving slabs were you?!

i bought it well over a year ago just not used it much i bought it off ebay aswell i looked on the rade tiler website it has a breaking system for the rubi tr will that fit the tx model cheers

I find my local Rubi rep quite accommodating when it came to blagging spares for my TX's.

where i stay we have no tiling shop for over 100 miles so dont know any rubi rep but will give rubi a call thanks for all the help . had along day cutting porceline tiles in a wee not so good wet cutter but got the job done .
