Screwfix were selling the "Rage" one a while ago. I know a few site chiippies that use them.

Erbuar from screwfix are decent enough for skirting. I used to use one of these for various Joinery tasks e.g. skirting, facing, stud walls and sash window renovation etc.

If you can, you should go for a sliding mitre saw as you can cut greater widths with these and they will prove to be a more versatile tool.
