for purely tiling tools, tradetiler. For other tools; drills, angle grinders etc I get from my local hardware dept (Longhorn)

This is why I hate emailing any company, emails get either deleted or not read or answered.
Also I've emailed quotes to customers and not had a reply, you can't help thinking have they even recieved it?

Bob ask for a 'receipt' to be sent to you when they have opened the email. That way you know they have opened it
