basic manual or eletric cutter. in the

looking for a cheap cutter not sure if i need an eletric one they seem cheap ive seen some for around £50 for example this one

they are Ceramic tiles 310mmx310mm

The big clinker would be fine but what if you have a right angle to cut, then a wet cutter may be required
