| Re: Wash Boy | | Lol Brum....this weren't my first post mate....... fill it up just above the crate (about 20-30mm) or if you prefere take the tray out altogether (this is what i do) it dont matter too much as all the grout and other stuff sinks anyway mate.

| Re: Wash Boy | | The tray (grid) is there to help agitate the sponge to remove more grout particles, also if you dont fill it too far above the grid you can do your washing off with dry hands as only the sponge bit gets wet not the handle.
Mine is a Karl Dahm and it has got 4 wheels, you can lock them so that it doesn't move about. Not had much problem cleaning it yet, I empty out most of the water, let the sediment dry and then just scrape it out, giving a final clean with a sponge.

| Re: Wash Boy | | pull sponge off clean as much of the glue off as u can. stick your new sponge back on with a spray can off carpet stick, different names for it. will get in any diy store. carpet fitters use it.
