What's the price like Kev?
I use a Briccolina. It's compact, fast and can be used indoors so ticks all my boxes.

Re: Rubi ND125.
It looks ok mate but I'm sure its over £100?
I use a £80 Mcalister saw from B&Q as my main saw (untill I can afford to upgrade) and it's great, used it all day today to cut 600 x 600 Porcelain without a problem (apart from being a little awkward
)

Re: Rubi ND125.
I've got one but don't use it anymore, I found it noisy, does the job but now have a Briccolina which so much quieter and so little splash when cutting.

Just done a quick search on the Briccolini -
Not cheap

Re: Rubi ND125.
The Briccy is in the ballpark of £100, Kev. I can send you a link if you are coming up double?

Re: Rubi ND125.
Cheers for that - I had found the same site
Noticing that it has a 0.33HP motor as opposed to the 0.8HP motor on the Rubi.....
I think it does look a lot more sturdy and long lasting than the Rubi though
that is sooooooooooo expensive Kev
Mental isn't it, bet they don't sell many at Creative Glass.....

Re: Rubi ND125.
I've been using my Briccy for over 3 years and it is still going strong. I've used it for everything ranging from cheap ceramic to full bodied porcelain, from glass mosaic to trav & slate. Being honest, I have abused this machine but it just keeps on delivering. I'll deffo get another when I kill this one off.
