What does everybody out there like to use for cutting slate?

Iv blunted all my hand saws and the slate just chips!!
(Id best point out that Im joking)

I take the father in law with me hes got a great set of gnashers

If they fitt in rubi overhead rail wet saw then i use this if not then its down to my 9" angle grinder but always try to use the wet cut for exposed edges etc!!

as peckers said , but i take the mother in law

I've got a slate axe for roofing slate and my Rubi DW 200 LP for tiing slate

Iv a slate hearth to lay on tuesday then porcies on the walls of the stove area.

I have a slate kitchen floor to lay (9m2) this week - will probably use my wet cutter for all the cuts. Makes for a whole lot longer tile laying process - especially as the tiles are 600mm x 300mm.
- and I was booted from BGT for playing the drums to loud.......

My Clipper TT250.......... eats anything up!

My ND 200 gave up the ghost last week Bearings have been very very noisey the last few months...........but Friday it gave up completly.

Looking for another wet cutter fast.

Was going to go for another........but I do wonder about other makes?????
