Sorry ive been out shopping for castello porcelian tiles for me dinning room!...gd excuse to try out the new sigma...ive tried it on 10mm/15mm ceramic thus far...and its working a treat, very gentle pressure is needed and its an amazingly clean cut....feels very well made...plus ive never used a "pull cutter before ...its already feeling more natural to use ..i can apply pressure more accurately...Before i owned a ts-50...personally ive never really like it much,...seperate breaker etc..i honestly didnt think there was much else except a rubi...then i peaked over the fence and saw sigmas..lol...sir ramic put me onto mark stanley from daltech scotland,....ordered it thursday, was here friday am...i live in bedfordshire...oh! and i got a mars bar with it as well...lol. not sure y,nice gimmick..lol...mark stanley is a topbloke..would recommend

its kool!...i wasnt snapping 10mm plus back!...its cutting slithers!!... amazing cutter!....ive got some raimondi trowels/slanted notched trowels coming from kwiksplit ...and a few other italian tools....Those italians know there stuff!...ive been to rome ,and if u think about ,,,look at all the tiling thats done in that country!...its in there blood....P.S..id like to mention that rubi have served there purpose for me and a few other friends!..it was them that first said..."yes m8 get a rubi...top cutters!" which to some may hold true...but thats the effect of there marketing....they saturate the market giving u not much thought for much else...but like ive stated...i searched "seek and yee shall find"..lol...and i did!...this sigma 3b..is in a class of its own...so for me...it totally blows rubi out...they say never say never, but sigma for me and maybe a rubi another time...who knows...horses for courses!

Another thing about the sigmas is that the wheels seem to last forever ! lol.
i don't know anyone who has broke a sigma either and i know some that get dogs abuse !
i even seen a 15 year old 10M(looked like one anyway) and it was still cutting strong although a new motor had been fitted 5 years ago.

Clich This in a thread and then scroll down and use the attachment feature.

Or create an Album in your profile and load pics into that and then copy and paste the BBcode from the the pics. pics no bigger than 2400x1200

    Or use something like photobucket.

£1.50 for a wheel that can last for well over a year.

Heard of a Sigma having a bit of an altercation with a Loadall, just needed a new measuring bar though.
