Default Has anyone come across these before?

Axminster Tile Cutter with Laser Head & Stand : Buy Axminster Tile Cutter with Laser Head & Stand at Axminster Power Tool Centre

Seems reasonable for the price - or is it just the time of night playing tricks on me?

I'm in need of a new wet cutter. I don't like to buy cheap - buy twice, but I haven't got a huge budget - any recommendations?
