Ceramic...Rubi carbide tipped hole saws and for stone/porcelain...diamond coated hole cutters, can't remember where I got them.

I find the simple drill-driver attachment works fine. That one that looks like a core-drill bit but with the carbide tipped rod in it.

for a cheap and very effective way of drilling and holecutting all natural stone, and porcelain these have got to be the best option: from ebay used them many times and so do alot of others:

Those porcelain tiles can be a pain in the neck. Those look like they would do the job though.

ive got the Rubi diamond wet dril kit very good, goes through glass too ive even drilled holes through very large fishtanks with it empty tanks that is lol

Water cooled diamond tipped core cutters in the end of your drill for the natural stones. For ceramics a sharp masonary bit for the rawl plugs and a triangle cutter for up to 50 mm pipes
