I've only had a right quick look mate, and the only thing that stood out to me was that none of the kits actually come with a 4mm mosaic trowel.

Every tiler In my view needs at least a 4mm, 6mm and a 10mm in their inventory.

Oh, and a smaller spirit level too, along with a decent grout sponge and float, or a washboy.

I think you have got three quality packages there for the beginner to go out and start tiling. Granted you cannot do every job with these kits, but a beginner can only add to these packages in stead of having to replace tools.
