i bought a wasboy to try out and didnt recieve it and have tryed many times to get in touch and have failed just to see if anyones had this problem ??

if i were you tho mate, i would order any tools from the companies you can rely on. proven and est like trade tiler...i know tt is a site sponsor but they are 100 percent reliable and dave is great to deal with......i know it sounds corny but stick to them and you wont go wrong....hope your wash boy arrives soon

that means even if you don't receive your washboy you can claim the money back from your card provider.

i payed by paypal dnt no if ill be able to get the money back never had to do that before heres hoping tho

Always pay by Paypal through Ebay as well Tom - honestly not had a problem in fact they are usually incredibly quick to deliver.......

How long since you paid?

its been 8 days now i orderd the stuff on the 23rd march

I'm on Orkney and have never waited more than 3 or 4 days....

Open an 'Item Not Received' Case with Ebay - That generally gees folk up a bit

Tom sorry to hear you are having problems, in the last 3 months I have placed 8 orders on the internet and apart from HP and Tradetiler the rest have all gone tits up
I now will not order from new internet sites the absolute worst one is Heatandplumb.com you have all now been warned

I've never had a problem when ordering from them, so I'm sure a quick telephone call will resolve matters.

I'm pretty sure that Paypal will cover purchases upto a max £500 provided the dispute is opened within 45 days of purchase, so if you get no joy over the phone then follow that route.

I too bought a washboy from them. Had the same problem, waited 3 weeks for it. Finally got in touch and they said sorry and sent a wall trowel, some nippers, 2mm spacers and some other crap that I would of swapped for the 3 weeks use of the wash boy to save me time on grouting. lol
