Hi Dan,

Did you report the crushed water bottle to us?

As for the delivery of 4 days, it was only one day over the stated "Delivery is usually within 3 days", so in fairness I don't think that's too bad is it?

Mail me about the bottle if you like and I'll get it sorted.

Was using mine this very day. Only good for ceramics IMO. Great for me, as I get alot of splash-backs in flats. The one thing I don't like about it is the gaurd tends to mark white tiles and you can't get the mark out. I have to put a bit of masking tape on it to prevent it happening.

didnt report the crushed bottle..just squeezed it back into shape and bent the bracket,works fine..as for the delivery it was only a day late but had to have an extra day off work which cost me £120
