Other than the weight, is there any significant differences between the older tx700n and the 2009 model??

The Montolit seems a bit teck to me, after watching Dave's link video, only because I'm so used to Rubi cutters. I guess I would soon get used to it. But it does not come with a box.

Never mind the box. I am more concerned about the flip down breaker. I may just get another sigma as mine has been great.

Not really. The new model has built in "arms" as apposed to ones that fit on the side. The bed has springs as apposed to a foam and it is ofcourse lighter

Bought mine for the same price - more than happy with it. No idea if the new one is better or not......... but this certainly was worth the money.

Not having ever seen the older model, I am struggling to confirm the model over the phone - is there any significant differences?
He has confirmed that the tile bed is supported by springs and that the support arms are already fitted to the machine (but also says these arms are removable..)
Unfortunately they don't have a set of scales to weigh it
Is there ANY other differences that can be confirmed over the phone??
Springs on the new model ( idea from Sigma
) and old model has rubber pads, so it seems you have the new model.

Re: tx700n
I think the one they have is the old model, we can say so, because the arms in the new one are not only removable, the have a spring, the old and heavy one, "the monster" the arms are removable but fixed, can open and close them.
