Rubi ND180
Folks,
I have just purchased the Rubi ND180 and noticed on the spec that the max tile cut is 350mm. I didn't check this before buying, as I thought these cutters would cut any length of tile... I am just a keen DIYer and laying 300x600 in my downstairs toilet, and concerned I am not going to be able to cut these lengthways, which was my requirement.
Have I gone and got the wrong model here ?? If they do have a length restriction, is there any way of getting around this ??
After reading a few threads it seems like the Norton Clipper TT200EM would have been a better purchase (max length shown as infinite)
Cheers in advance for any help...
Ace forum by the way...
Cheers
Paul.

Re: Rubi ND180
If you check the Rubi website, it says on there that the max length for the ND180 is infinite too.....

Re: Rubi ND180
I think your mistaken max length with max depth which is 35mm.
I have one of these. good buy for the money I think but I suggest using a bottle, jug to fill the water reservoir rather than pulling it out coz its a bugger to get in and out!

Re: Rubi ND180
it's really a guide size, sometimes the tile won't go through the guard rail at the back but you can turn the tile round and meet in the middle
