Thats what I thought Dave, but one or two websites are quoting 600W for the RZ3........
Thats what has confused my old mind !!

I know you've got the RZ3 Dave, but have you tried the RZ5? Is the extra 100W obvious/make a difference??

I haven't tried it no..but my RZ3 is very powerful and not stalled on anything yet...![]()

Does it skid at all when using the core bits?

Nope!!..just slowly introduce it to the tile.....i mainly use mine with the large Xbit for shaping stone etc and notching akward holes in hardi backer......i only have a couple core bits but they cut fast enough

So in short, do you think it's worth the extra dosh for the RZ5?

Well that depends if you need the extra tools...like the handle for jigsaw and the circle scriber etc....only you can decide that mate.....
i am well happy with mine....![]()

Naahhh, I've already decided I don't need the xtra attachments - it's just the extra power that has me in a quandry.....

If you are anywhere near tradetiler....he should have one you can try out...before you make a decision.
