    Default So where did i go this morning ?

    Ok you may have already read that i paid Tradetiler a visit this afternoon but on the way i stopped off a the Tool Fair at the Ricoh arena, Coventry.

    Too be honest it wasnt a very good event for a tiler but more for electricians.
    Companies there were, Dewalt ( very little info on the DW2400 they had on display except a high price)
    Milwaukee, nice tools
    Makita, good but nothing new
    Various Van makers.
    Marcrist were there but when i wanted to buy a 115mm diamond wheel for a grinder they said they didnt have any with them ( not true because i found loads on a display on tehir stand but priced too high)
    I came away with a nice 110v worklight rated at 55w with battery backup good for one hour.

    Of course no show is complete without the goodie bags and this is my modest haul

    Free T-Shirt
    Free Mug
    Free ice scraper
    Free wool hat
    Free pen
    and free toy van

    I also met Richard from 365 Drills , a very nice guy and came away with

    All in all, a good day
