I haven't tried it out yet but if anyone has had good or bad experiences with this model I'd be very glad to hear.

i personally don't use rubi cutters but they are top end of the market and very good value for there large price tag, can't envisage any problems arrising from them

I had a TS60, couldn't get to grips with it at all on porcelain so had it in my shed for years gathering dust, sold it for £50 last year to a bloke I was working with

I've only had mine a few months, got mine from tradetiler, I got a call to go and cut 1 porcelain tile (yes 1 tile!), asked what size was it?, 600 x 600 12mm thick came the reply (they were using it for a cooker splash back), no problems I said. Thought to myself great I finally get to test my TS60 Plus on something a bit tougher. Although I was worried that they only had 1 tile so no room for error if it didn't break cleanly.

So get to the job, get the tile, set up the cutter and... didn't fit! what the hell! how can a TS60 not cut a 600mm tile!? look at the cutter again... turns out I bought a TS50 Plus instead
Just checked my invoice and yes it's completely my fault. I must have clicked the wrong button on the website

lucky I had my wet cutter with me, so to summarise the TS60 Plus must be a great bit of kit but I wouldn't know as I don't have one, but what I can tell you is the TS50 Plus is also a great bit of kit but it's very very bad at cutting 600mm tiles

Hey look at this! you can now Pimp your rubi cutter into a plus version

    Rubi PLUS Breaker Unit

<SPAN class=actxsmall>Replacement breaker to fit the latest TS-40 PLUS, TS-50 PLUS, TS-50L PLUS, TS-60 PLUS and TS-70 PLUS

Will also convert a Rubi standard TS cutter to a PLUS machine (standard cutter must have allen bolt fitting to be compatible)

    weight 960 g

the plus has a better breaker than the ts60, but i still find myself scoring 600x600 on the rubi and then.. instead of using the breaker pulling the scored tile out of the machine and breaking it by basically stamping on it!!

clean break everytime and all is well, smaller that 600's the ts60+ will do it on its own, like dave said "score, and a quick flick of the snapping arm" job done!

If you look at my about me section you will see a range rover and a jag xj6 1979, I also had a £300,000 house but I have split with my wife, so now I have a rangie worth nothing, my jag is in poland, I gave "our" house to my wife for our kids and I now drive around in my van, does that make you feel good? I am in the process of starting a tiling school, my glass is always half full, I have the premises and the backup. I come from the streets where kids had nothing, don't ever think you might be talking to an eejit
