I think they wait till they have a large batch and send the cards out together, but you should still get emails from club rubi....
If not there is a contact them section on the site...maybe remind them of your details..

I joined ages a go and I get the newsletters. Trouble is they don't download properly to my email client so it is a bit hard to suss out what they are actaully saying! Lots of links to their site though!
