    Default TS 60 plus

    Tiling a bathroom at the moment using 500mm x 500mm x 10mm porc tiles.
The TS 60 Plus with 8mm / 10mm scoring wheel has been working fine with 90% clean breaks, however for some reason today it won't break clean at all, tried with off cuts but just ends up in a mess. Not a problem as I have been using a wet wheel to get on with the job, but I'am left wondering why the TS 60 has lost its mojo all of a sudden?

Have a TS 60, not a plus and found on the breaker a steel bar had come come loose so was breaking the tile, check for any fixings that may have become slack.
