Discuss workwear trousers in the Tiling Tools at TilersForums; dont know about you guys but i go through loads of trousers whilst tiling floors especially i always rip the crotch out of them but not a good look in ...

    Default workwear trousers

    dont know about you guys but i go through loads of trousers whilst tiling floors especially i always rip the crotch out of them but not a good look in front of customers does anyone know of some decent work trousers that wont break the bank but are made nice and tuff must be in large sizes as well as i have a slipped 6 pack

    try the bosch ones, brilliant work pants, crotch/gusset doesn't rip, integrated knee pads and really comfy

    George does jeans for £3-00!
    Couple of Bra cups in the knees and away you go - along with the tights in winter - comfy and warm!

    Myself I pay £40 a time for Snickers.

    How are you finding the packing in Doug?? this is my 2nd day after 3 years back on them, off them for 16 years before that, dont ask why, stupidly thought I will just have one..............

    sorry to hijack the thread, no problem with packing in at all Dom, me and Mrs doug packed in the same day, mind she'd been smoking since she was 8! I didn't start till I was 32 (broke my leg and was off work for a year and I got bored!)

    Dom when it gets hard just remember its like cycling up a hill. gets harder but dont last forever. once you get past the early tough part its a fun down hill buzz that will make you smile and feel great!

    i use tuffstuff 700 trousers, very strong, loads of pockets, even detachable flap pockets for your pegs etc. and a great colour to hide the limestone grout you get covered in. plus built in knee pads .... a must all for £19

    thanks for all your help guys but in the end i have found them at strauss direct they had alot of different types and colours and best of all they cater for us fatties and they were very well priced

    haven't received them yet but when i do i will let you know how good/bad they are

    know its late to add my views mate but the mascot ones are excellent bit pricey but theyre hard wearing triple stitched and still going strong. Great in the winter can get warm in the summer in em.

    Bib and Brace with knee pads in for summer with shorts and tee shirt in winter overalls Personally I believe turning up on a job clean and tidy
