Question Cutter for Granite?

Hi all,
Just got a job for 5 bathrooms,to be done with a granite tile. But dont think my small Plasplugs Compact for bathrooms will cope with granite. As I am looking at buying a new wet cutter soon, was wondering if you could reccomend one which would do this job. Dont mind buying and then chucking after, but dont want to buy big and ruin on first outing. Any advice what and where to get on net with quick delivery would be much appreciated.

hi michael... i have used the rubi D200 for many yrs now and is a good cutter but quiet pricey....they do a model below this called the DN200 which is a good cutter aswell and will cope with anything you require it to...you will get fast delivery with this company (probaly next day if ordered before 5pm ).....

Cheers dh, I've looked at that one before and watched video sample. Impresive and almost convinced. Just one thing else if you dont mind. What difference does the voltage ie. 110 or 240 make?

110v is mainly for site use it has a lower ampage shock if fault ocurrs then you get less of a shock ...but 240v is better ..just put put a circuit breaker inline for safety aspects....

The big rubi cutters are the nuts!
Could go for a slightly cheaper option but by the time youve bought a decent blade you might as well just get the rubi as it will outlast any cheaper cutter.
Ive had mine for a few years and shes still goin strong!

Cheers again dh, It's rubi now for me, I'm convinced. This kind of money will hurt like hell, but as you say over time it will pay me back.
Thanks for your advice, order going in today.
Mick.
